Enrollment guide for Cisco CCNA / Network Security courses

Enrollment procedure and candidate options
• Initiating enrollment and preliminary registration:
After reviewing all the information about the course, the interested person may initiate the enrollment (i.e., being recorded in the Cisco UMFST Academy’s records) by filling out the registration form on the website.
In this way, the applicant is registered in the Cisco UMFST Academy’s database.
Note: Registration in the database does not automatically imply actual enrollment in the course !
• Call-out for participation confirmation:
Typically, twice a year (spring and autumn), registered individuals in our database receive a “Call-out” email, inviting them to confirm their participation in the next course session.
A new class is formed only when there are at least 3 confirmed participants.
• Candidate options:
Upon receiving the invitation, the candidate can choose one of the following options:
◦ Accept: confirms participation in the next group of participants;
◦ Postpone: does not wish to participate in this session which is being organized, but remains in the academy’s records for future call-outs;
◦ Unsubscribe: requests the removal of their data from the database, without receiving further communications from the Cisco Academy UMFST.
• Confirmation and final details:
Once a new class is formed, the candidate who has confirmed their attendance receives by email all the necessary information for official registration and participation in the course.
